About AWVMLS Membership
AWVMLS offers a modern, affordable, and inclusive MLS experience designed for both brokers and agents. Our membership structure removes unnecessary barriers while maintaining clear standards, professional documentation, and consistent workflows across every transaction.
Brokers
Brokers can join AWVMLS with a simple one-time membership fee of $500. From there, participation is flexible: choose between a Stock Buy-In or a Brokerage-Only option. AWVMLS welcomes both NAR and Non-NAR brokers, without restrictive ownership rules, politics, or additional bureaucracy. All participants use standardized forms designed to promote professionalism and compliance in every deal.
Agents
Agents enjoy a straightforward, cost-effective membership with no initiation or renewal fees. Full MLS access is only $37.50 per month. Agents seeking alternatives to NAR can easily connect with a Non-NAR broker through AWVMLS. The platform also offers a personalized search experience where members can save preferences such as schools, counties, maps, neighborhoods, and more.
Preferred Affiliates
Join our Preferred Affiliate Program for a one-time fee of $200, then $37.50 per month. When clients ask our brokers and agents who they recommend for services, AWVMLS proudly refers our Preferred Affiliates, giving your business direct exposure to active buyers and sellers across the state.
Public Access
The public can experience the same level of accuracy and reliability trusted by our members through AWVMLS public access tools. View accurate, detailed, and up-to-date listing information designed to support informed real estate decisions. Flexible subscription options are available with Month-to-Month, Semi-Annual, and Annual plans to fit every need.
